Terms and Conditions for Cloud2Sheets

1. Acceptance of Terms
    
    By accessing or using Cloud2Sheets (https://www.cloud2sheets.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
    
2. Description of Service
    
    Cloud2Sheets is a Google Sheets Add-on that connects Sheets with cloud-based data providers to automate reporting and facilitate data analysis.
    
3. Subscription and Payments
    
    3.1. Cloud2Sheets offers month-to-month subscriptions.
    
    3.2. Subscribers will be charged once a month and have access for the entire billing period.
    
    3.3. No refunds are provided, but subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
    
    3.4. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
    
4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
    
    4.1. Cloud2Sheets retains all rights to the service.
    
    4.2. Subscribers do not acquire commercial rights to the service.
    
    4.3. You may use Cloud2Sheets for creating and managing your own data connections and reports, but you may not resell or redistribute the service.
    
5. User Data and Privacy
    
    5.1. We collect name, email, and payment information from users.
    
    5.2. Non-personal data, including web cookies, is also collected.
    
    5.3. Cloud2Sheets runs entirely within Google Sheets. We do not access, view, or store your Sheets data on our servers.
    
    5.4. By using our service, you agree to receive communications from us, including service-related and marketing communications.

6. Google Sheets Permissions
    
    Upon installation, Cloud2Sheets requests the following permissions:
    
    6.1. View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in.
    
    6.2. Connect to an external service.
    
    6.3. Allow this application to run when you are not present.
    
    6.4. Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications.
    
7. Data Logging
    
    When each request runs, the following metadata is logged:
    
    7.1. Email address of the Cloud2Sheets user
    
    7.2. Google Sheet ID
    
    7.3. Request name and ID
    
    7.4. Error messages from unsuccessful API requests
    
    7.5. Hostname of API requests
    
    7.6. Timestamp of API requests
    
    7.7. Number of returned fields
    
8. OAuth Connections
    
    If you add an OAuth connection within the Cloud2Sheets extension to third-party services, we store the access token and refresh tokens while these connections remain active.
    
9. Service Operation
    
    9.1. Cloud2Sheets runs entirely within Google Sheets.
    
    9.2. None of your Sheets data is accessed, viewed, or stored by our servers.
    
    9.3. The actual response data from third-party applications temporarily passes through our servers to update your Google Sheet but is not stored permanently.
    
10. Data Security
    
    10.1. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
    
    10.2. Sensitive information, including API keys and OAuth tokens, is encrypted when stored.
    
11. User Responsibilities
    
    11.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
    
    11.2. Users agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    
12. Third-Party Services
    
    12.1. Cloud2Sheets may integrate with third-party services. When using these services, you are subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
    
    12.2. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
    
13. Marketing Communications
    
    13.1. We may send you information about our products and services, including:
